Community Engagement Manager

Louise has 15 years’ experience working with physically and intellectually disabled students within a special education unit in various mainstream schools.

In 2018 Louise accepted a position as a Local Area Coordinator for a partner in the NDIS community. Supporting people with disabilities to reach their goals and living the fullest life possible is her passion.
 

Chief Finance Officer

Jane has 25 years’ experience in human resource and business management.

In 2019 a dear friend of Jane’s suffered a brain injury. This gave Jane a deep appreciation and understanding of the challenges people with disabilities are faced with every day. Fortunately, with extensive rehabilitation and therapeutic support, Jane was thrilled to watch her dear friend improve and gain her confidence back.
 

Administration Officer

Bridget joined the Just Therapy team in January 2020 and has streamlined many aspects of the business including recruitment, onboarding and payroll. Bridget is the youngest member of our team (obviously!) and has established rapport and relates well with all staff.

Bridget was new to the Disability Sector but quickly grew to appreciate the challenges that people encounter every day, and the difference the right supports and connections can have on the lives of people with disability.
   

Customer Liaison Coordinator

Julie has enjoyed many years of working in the Customer Service Field, with the highlights being the last ten years working and studying in Community Services. Julie comes with experience in various fields, having a Diploma in Alcohol Other Drugs and Mental Health, along with Crisis Support experience and a personal lived experience.

Her passion is for supporting, to help motivate, inspire hope, assist participants to achieve their goals, and sincerely believes we are the experts in our own lives to live the best life we can. In her spare time she loves being with family, friends, going for beach walks or trips around Adelaide, and has an interest in Art.
 

Client Admin Assistant & Scheduler

I have gained valuable experience and knowledge working as an Administration Officer in the disability support sector and have a keen interest in community services.

My passion is helping vulnerable people wanting a “fair go” in life and I find it very rewarding seeing our clients experience positive outcomes using our services.
