Community Engagement Manager

Louise has 15 years’ experience working with physically and intellectually disabled students within a special education unit in various mainstream schools.

In 2018 Louise accepted a position as a Local Area Coordinator for a partner in the NDIS community. Supporting people with disabilities to reach their goals and living the fullest life possible is her passion.

Jane

Finance Manager

Jane has 25 years’ experience in human resource and business management.

In 2019 a dear friend of Jane’s suffered a brain injury. This gave Jane a deep appreciation and understanding of the challenges people with disabilities are faced with every day. Fortunately, with extensive rehabilitation and therapeutic support, Jane was thrilled to watch her dear friend improve and gain her confidence back.

Ella

Client Liaison Coordinator

Ella graduated University with a double degree in Psychology and Human Movement then went on to manage an OSHC centre for school aged children. Alongside her OSHC work, Ella completed a Certificate IV in Business and worked for Just Therapy as a mentor for adults with disabilities. She supported her clients to develop independent living skills and meet their NDIS goals.

It is important to Ella that all individuals are provided with the opportunity to achieve and experience life to the fullest. 

Reagan

Client Admin Assistant & Scheduler

Reagan has gained valuable experience and knowledge working as an Administration Officer in the disability support sector and has a keen interest in community services.

Her passion is helping vulnerable people wanting a “fair go” in life and she finds it very rewarding seeing our clients experience positive outcomes using our services.

Kirsty

Finance & Admin Assistant

I have previously had 16 years experience in accounts management and bookkeeping. I am a problem solver and enjoy the challenges that come with a finance role in the Disability support sector. I value being part of the JT team and having the opportunity to help others with being able to achieve their goals.

My passions and loves are my animals ,nature and adventure. I also enjoy Watching Footy, Moto GP and exploring Australia with my family in our Troopcarrier.

Adam

Administration Support Officer

Adam graduated with a degree in Psychological Science. Before stepping into his current role, he worked as a mentor, gaining valuable firsthand experience in supporting others. A natural problem solver, Adam thrives on the challenges of HR-related tasks within the disability support sector. He is passionate about being part of the Just Therapy team and enjoys helping others achieve their goals.
